Residential Pool Services

Our weekly pool care service is tailored for screen-enclosed (caged) residential pools, with base pricing set for pools up to 10,000 gallons. Larger pools can absolutely be serviced—pricing will be adjusted accordingly based on the increased chemical needs and time required to keep your water healthy and balanced.
Each weekly visit includes:
-
Complete water testing and chemical balancing
- We test and balance chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, and more using a professional-grade test kit to ensure crystal-clear, safe water. -
Surface skimming and debris removal
- Leaves, bugs, and floating debris are cleared away to keep your pool looking great. -
Tile and wall brushing
- Prevents algae and surface buildup by brushing walls, steps, and the waterline. -
Vacuuming
- We vacuum settled debris to keep your pool spotless and inviting. -
Filter inspection and cleaning (as needed)
- Ensures your pool’s circulation system stays efficient and effective. -
Visual equipment check
- We take a quick look at your pump, filter, and other visible equipment to spot any issues or signs of wear. If something looks off, we’ll give you a heads up—before it becomes a costly surprise.
Non-Caged Residential Pool Service

Our weekly pool care service for open-air (uncaged) residential pools is designed to handle the added challenges of outdoor exposure—like extra debris, sunlight, and weather elements. Base pricing is set for pools up to 10,000 gallons, with adjustments for larger pools to account for increased time and chemical requirements.
Each weekly visit includes:

– Leaves, insects, and windblown debris are cleared from the surface to keep your pool clean and swim-ready.
-
Wall, step, and tile brushing
– Regular brushing helps combat algae and grime buildup caused by added sunlight and exposure.
-
Vacuuming
– We remove settled debris from the bottom of the pool to maintain a sparkling, inviting appearance.
-
Filter check and cleaning (as needed)
– We inspect and clean your filter to ensure your pool stays in peak circulation condition.
